A large corporate organisation is currently looking to appoint an experienced Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join them in Chelmsford. This is a permanent full time position with a competitive salary of up to £45,000 and a good benefits package.
As Compensation and Benefits Analyst you will be responsible for implementing my client’s compensation and benefits strategy, ensuring an infrastructure of compliance and accuracy. You will be required to efficiently administer and maintain the reward and recognition approach for the company and make recommendations to maintain a competitive and commercial attitude with respect to the way my client remunerates and motivates its employees.
Key priorities for this position will include:
• Salary and bonus review
• Administration of a validation process for interim reviews and promotions
• Ensuring new roles are benchmarked appropriately
• Regular reporting and Management Information
• Project work as requested by the HR Director
This position requires someone with relevant compensation and benefits knowledge who has a commercial background. You should also have proven relationship and team management experience and be able to respond positively to business challenges.
