Our clients who are an established financial organisation are seeking to recruit a UK HR & Marketing Buyer to become part of their success. The purpose of this role is to procure on behalf of multiple areas within the business including, HR, Travel & Marketing. The suitable candidate will be an experienced purchasing professional in the area of Indirect Procurement, with the ability to organise and prioritise workloads, negotiate critical contracts to tight deadlines. The role will provide all commercial support and contractual agreements and the candidate will be required to work closely with business colleagues to understand purchasing requirements so must demonstrate the ability to communicate with Senior Managements and Directors. You will demonstrate a portfolio of tendering and negotiating for Indirect commodities with proven results and bottom line cost savings, and you will be a proven procurement professional who can work pro-actively and to tight deadlines with a "can do" attitude. Interested candidates must have previous Indirect services buying experience, with Travel, HR & Marketing experience and advantage but not essential, be CIPS qualified or working towards an advantage.
