Pre - requisite of the role:
To communicate with Customers demonstrating High level of professionalism
To provide support on a range of software and technical issues to our customers using telephone, email, fax and remote access tool
To investigate, and record quality data
To attempt resolution or escalate to specialist team
To work to standard operating procedures and instructions
To work to agreed targets and objectives
To support colleagues in the execution of their duties
General requirements: Good level of verbal and written English, Good standard of education and competent in ICT
Good problem solving ability. The ability to ask clear and precise questions of the customer to ascertain the exact details of their problem
Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels
