Call Centre Clerk
Six Month Contract
Chelmsford
£17,500 - £20,000
I am looking for experienced a Call Centre / Customer Service Clerk to join my client, a large financial services company in Chelmsford. Initially this position is being offered on a six month contract, although for the right candidate there may be the opportunity of transferring to a more permanent position.
This position requires someone with a least five GCSE’s (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English, a minimum of 6 months banking or finance experience and accurate typing skills. You should also have some previous experience of working in a phone based environment.
As a Call Centre Clerk / Customer Services Representative you will be part of a team within Customer Services and will respond to inbound telephone calls from Independent Financial Advisors and Clients. Key responsibilities will include:
Answering calls from Independent Financial Advisors and Clients, dealing with literature requests, transactional enquiries and resolving generic enquiries
Providing navigation support to callers for the company’s website and promoting the websites functions
Providing administrative support to the team
This is a great opportunity for someone with customer services experience to join a large company in Chelmsford.
