Investment Banking – Customer Services Advisors

Basildon / Chelmsford

£16,000 + Benefits

My client is currently recruiting for a few individuals to join their customer services department, you will be fully trained on investment products such as pensions, ISA’s, PEP’s etc.

To be considered for the role of Customer Services Advisor you must have at least 6 A-C GCSE grades (or equivalent) and excellent communication skills.

As Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls. You will need a confident and professional telephone manner with quick and accurate keyboard skills. The ability to work under pressure and effectively deal with a variety of queries from customers is essential for this customer services position.

My client is a well respected financial services company and they are looking for high calibre people. They are currently situated in Basildon, however the role will be relocating to Chelmsford within 6 months so you must be prepared to work in Chelmsford too.
