At Countrywide Accident Assistance our Repair Management Team (RMT) is the first point of contact for our clients.
Due to the ongoing expansion of the RMT, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a Level 3 RMT Handler.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
• Liaising with suppliers to arrange recovery, repairs or hire
• Managing the repair process and updating customers as required
• Liaising with both internal and external engineers regarding repair authority
• Acting as the first point of contact for customers and suppliers in relation to queries
Ideal applicants will possess:
• Excellent communication skills, both writing and verbally and be comfortable with communicating at all levels, internally and externally
• Be competent in the use of MS Office applications
No previous experience is required for this role as full training will be provided but the right attitude and the willingness to learn are essential.
The successful applicant will work effectively within a team and achieve high standards in quality and quantity focusing on delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
This role is being offered on a 37½ hours per week basis.
