Our client is seeking a professional HR & Employment Law Advisor to be the first line of support to clients. Services include providing generalist support and advice to clients by telephone and on-site visits. Support will include disciplinary and grievance, managing performance, conduct issues, advice on employment rights, attending meetings, drafting letters and correspondence. The main focus will be telephone support and drafting correspondence. Candidates will need to demonstrate an excellent knowledge of employment law. Will be able to provide options and strategies to clients relating to employment law and HR. You must also have a sound knowledge of CONTRACTS OF EMPLOYMENT and ASSOCIATED LEGISLATION. Excellent communication and keyboards are essential. A professional telephone manner is also required. Due to the nature of this role a driving licence and use of car would be advantageous.
