I am looking for a Production Team Leader with previous supervisory / team leader experience to join my client in Chelmsford. This is a permanent full time position covering the nightshift which involves working Monday – Friday 10pm – 6am. The position offers the successful candidate a salary of around £18,000 plus a shift allowance of 12%.
As Production Team Leader you will report directly to the Production Manager and will be responsible for a small team of four. You will be responsible for overseeing mail output and despatch duties and as such will need to have some previous print / mail output / despatch experience.
To be considered for this position for this position you will need to have:
• Good understanding of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience of working within a busy mail / despatch environment
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with direct supervision
This is a great opportunity for someone with mail, despatch or output management experience.
