A Purchase Ledger Clerk is required to join a team of 9 in this Global Business based on the South side of Cambridge.
Liaising with other offices and entering expenses and invoices
Assisting with UK expenses, checking policy and procedure as well as entering
Assisting with Freelancer and subcontractor invoices, checking to contracts and time management
Match purchase orders to invoices
Update electronic purchase order system
Validation of invoices, payment requests and employee expenses
Data entry of supplier invoices, inter-company invoices, employee expenses, journals, cheque requests onto the accounting system
Handle supplier queries
