Financial Management Information Analyst

Chelmsford, Essex

£20,000 - £28,000 approx

My client is a leading Investments company in Chelmsford. They currently have a fantastic vacancy for a proven team player with strong analytical and communication skills. The position will concentrate mainly on support and control around new and existing institutional clients. You must be able to work to tight deadlines with 100% accuracy in an environment of continuous change. You should also be results driven and motivated to challenge current processes and procedures.

As Support and Control Analyst you will be responsible for MI / Management Information reporting and small desktop application support and development. Included in this you will have additional project work to help support the back office finance processes.

To be suitable for this position you must have:

 High level of technical understanding of relational databases
 Very good technical knowledge of MS Excel and MS Access
 Good / basic technical knowledge of SQL
 Be results driven and be able to challenge current processes and procedures
 Possess good analytical skills

The successful applicant is likely to have a financial services background with experience of working in a similar position. You will need to have good interpersonal skills, the ability to work on your own initiative and strong analysis skills.
