Our client is a large financial services company which is currently based in Basildon but are due to move to new offices in Chelmsford at the beginning of 2009. As a result, before applying for this position, please ensure that you are able to get to both Basildon and Chelmsford. They currently have a number of roles within customer services and telephone dealing. These positions offer a good starting salary of £16,000, opportunities for progression, staff restaurant, company pension and healthcare. Along with normal office hours of Monday to Friday 9am -5pm with no weekend work!

You will need to be computer literate with accurate keyboard skills and must be able to work well as part of a team. You must also have a confident and professional telephone manner and should be customer orientated with a helpful and pro active nature.
