My client is a large, corporate investment company which is currently based in Basildon although there are due to relocate to fantastic new offices in Chelmsford at the beginning on 2009. As a result, before applying for this position, please ensure you are happy to work at both Basildon and Chelmsford. They are currently looking for a Written Enquiries Clerk to join them on a full time permanent basis, working Monday to Friday 11:00am – 7:00pm.
Position
As Written Enquiries Clerk you will be part of the Correspondence Team and will be responsible for responding to customers’ queries which have been sent in writing, i.e. letter or email. You will be required to respond to all enquiries promptly ensuring that a high level of customer service is maintained.
Experience
This position requires someone with previous customer service experience with strong communication skills. Previous banking / finance experience would be an advantage, although not essential. You must be a good team player though and have good computer skills.
