Previous experience of working within an outsourced telecommunications contact centre environment
FSA compliance experience and implementation of processes
Experience in handling high level complaints and ensuring the correct procedures are followed and documented
2nd level Management experience
Detailed understanding of the specified regulatory and code of practice rules and best practice requirements
Good understanding of sales and customer service processes
Knowledge of ISO9000 standards would be desirable
FSA accredited and CeMAP would be desirable
Analytical skills
Process mapping skills
Excellent people management skills including tact and negotiation skills
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills as the position entails senior management contact and the ability to convey information to and influence all levels of the business
Leadership skills capable of sustaining and inspiring commitment within management of change and continuous improvement environments
Knowledge of Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act and Telecommunications Act would be advantageous
