This is a full time, 12 month fixed term contract position based in Chelmsford for a large Investment company. My client also has one full time position available. As Life Products Associate you will join the Life Products Team within the Retail Operations area. You will be responsible for processing Bond, SIPP, Pension and Offshore Bond applications within the company’s platform. Specific tasks will include:
Processing and quality checking Life Product applicants
Referring incomplete applications to IFA’s via the telephone
Rejecting correspondence back to IFA’s with accompanying letter when issues cannot be resolved
Daily liaison with strategic partners for processing queries
To be considered for this position you will need to be from a financial services background, ideally with knowledge of bonds, pensions and other investment products. However applications from other areas of financial services will be considered. Maybe you currently work in retail banking and are looking to move away from the sales environment into a more back office administration position, if so this role is for you!
