| Customer Services Agents – Southend, Essex £13,000 - £15,000 + target related bonuses up to £3,000 Do you have a confident telephone manner? Do you have strong communication skills? Do you enjoy a proactive customer focused position? If so, my client is looking to recruit call centre agents to join their successful team. My client is located in central Southend within easy access of both train stations and most bus routes and are a very well established financial services company. Although previous telephone/ customer service or call centre experience is desirable, they will consider candidates who have a confident telephone manner and are clearly spoken, assertive and driven. As this company continue to grow and expand, opportunities to progress will exist and this provides excellent career opportunity for the right candidate. Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and 12:00pm to 8:00pm on alternate weeks.
