My client is a large manufacturing company based in Basildon, Essex. They are currently looking for someone to join their project support team on a permanent basis.
As Project Support Coordinator your role will involve:
• Acting as a point of contact for customers overseas
• Handling all liaison with the company’s repair sites
• Keeping track of status of product repairs
• Liaising with customers to advise them of repair status
• Tracking goods from despatch to delivery
In order to fulfil this role you will need to have strong client handling, customer service, administration and ideally projects experience. You will need to be educated to GCSE level (or the equivalent), have strong communication skills and a good knowledge of Word and Excel.
