My client is a successful travel company based in Southend, Essex. They are currently looking to appoint a Planning and Training Administrator on a permanent full time basis due to expansion.
As Planning and Training Administrator you will assist with the management of staff training and staff rotas. You will need to be educated to A Level or Degree standard (or the equivalent) and should have at least one years experience within the travel industry. My client is looking for someone with strong interpersonal skills, good commercial awareness and a flexible approach to tasks.
Responsibilities will include:
Monitoring training and medical expiration documents
Processing training paperwork and updating the training system as required
Maintaining accurate staff records
Ensuring that staff are notified of any changes to rotas
General administration duties
The working hours are four days on and fours days off including weekends. The hours of the days worked are 7am -7pm.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and good administration skills to join a local company and carve a career within the travel industry. My client will provide full training to the successful applicant although you will need previous experience of the travel industry within a training / planning capacity to be considered for the role.
