A new and varied opportunity has arisen for a competent and swicthed on administrator to join the team of our expanding Witham based client.
The role: To support the sales training co-ordiantor to execute the day to day adminstration functions for the companies training external training courses.
Day to Day:
To book and liaise with delegates, trainers, models and guests.
To book current venues for the year ahead and liaise with trainers for availability for future training courses.
To make delegate packs / trainers packs for every training course and for each delegate.
To ensure agendas, model timetables for events are completed and distributed to delegates and the trainer.
To ensure that training materials / required products arrive at the venue and from the venue.
To answer overflow Training incoming telephone calls and answer questions regarding Training, take payment and book delegates onto training courses.
To deal with customer enquiries / queries, maintain records and build customer relationships whilst representing the Company; ensuring a speedy, efficient and quality service to all customers.
To be responsible for sending out model packs, booking models, taking payments and building model database.
1Invoices - keep track of all payments regarding delegates, models and guests - liaising with Training Sales Co-ordinator.
Updating Eventsforce system when new training courses added to the Training schedule.
Log and monitor delegates take up on the current offers
Liaising with Training Sales Coordinator regarding improvements to training courses following on from information received via delegate feedback forms.
Attend external Training meetings.
To undertake in-depth Facial Aesthetic and related product training and procedures.
To assist Sales Team with general administration - collating Facial Aesthetic customer product course certificates and setting these up on the main computer system under the relevant product marketing group codes. (Opening new accounts)
To invoice delegates, models & guests booked onto training courses.
To alert the E.A or M.D to any potential problems and to pass on any relevant information.
To participate in all relevant Quality Programs and assist as required in Quality initiatives, including ISO 9002.
When necessary, to take advantage of any training programs considered necessary by the Company.
To promote a positive and progressive attitude in all work activities.
To work within the Company as a team member and not limit work to any particular discipline or function.
