Compliance / Breaches Administrator
Basildon, Essex
£16,000 - £20,000
My client is a large corporate financial services company based in Basildon. They are currently looking to recruit a Breach Administrator due to an increase in breach volumes. This is a permanent full time position with a good starting salary of between £16,000 and £20,000 plus other good benefits including free parking and subsidised restaurant.
This position requires someone with previous investment banking / finance experience with an understanding of FSA regulations. Due to the nature of the role you will need to have strong analytical skills and an investigative nature. You will be part of a team responsible for investigating any breaches of the FSA regulations and establishing why the error occurred, what has been done to resolve it, what has been done to prevent it happening again and what FSA rules have been breached.
The successful applicant will have strong customer services skills, the ability to work well as part of a team and should be able to show commitment in their daily duties by taking ownership of individual cases and seeing them through to resolution. Previous experience of process mapping would be beneficial, although this is not essential.
