| Sales Support Executive London £22,000 - £26,000 This is a great opportunity for a polished Sales Support Executive with strong administration skills to join a large financial services company. This is a permanent full time position based in London within walking distance of Liverpool Street and Fenchurch Street stations. The position offers a good starting salary of up to £26,000 depending on experience. Ideally my client is looking to recruit someone who is educated to A Level standard (or equivalent) and is FPC or IAQ qualified however this is not essential. You will need to have at least three years financial service experience and the ability to demonstrate analytical and investigative skills through analysis and preparation of management information and reports, therefore your Excel and possibly Access skills should be at an intermediate / advanced standard. You must have previous experience in a similar position and be used to supporting a team of people. Specific responsibilities will include: • Diary management and control of expenses for individual Account Managers • Monitoring escalated issues raised by the sales team, ensuring a satisfactory outcome is reached • Building and maintaining relationships with key administration contacts • Organising social events such as dinners and corporate entertaining • Work closely with the account manager to identify opportunities for further sales, cost reductions and highlighting service trends • Attending regular sales meetings • Ad hoc administrative tasks As Sales Support Executive, you will play an important part in ensuring the company achieves its sales and service objectives. You will provide a high quality, dedicated support to the Sales Team whose responsibilities and priorities vary on a daily basis. You should be capable of working well as part of a team and will need to have strong communication skills.
