Full Description:
My client is a well established and successful Debt Management Company located in central Southend. Although it is expanding, the company have managed to maintain a small business attitude where staff welfare and development is seen as crucial to their continued success.
My client is ideally looking for candidates with previous customer service experience ideally within a debt recovery / collections/ credit control environment. They will also consider those with call centre, telesales, or telephone based experience. However, if you are target orientated and used to working in a customer focused team environment, excellent training will be provided. You will need to possess strong communication and negotiation skills and be confident speaking to people on the telephone, assertive and authoritative.

Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm and 12:00pm to 8:00pm on alternate weeks.
