Full Description:

Our client is a well respected financial services company based in the heart of Basildon. They are currently looking for experienced people to join their dynamic contact centre team on a permanent full-time basis.

As Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and dealing with queries and complaints in a pro active manner. You will need a confident and professional telephone manner with quick and accurate keyboard skills. The ability to work under pressure and effectively deal with a variety of queries from customers is essential for this customer services position.

To be considered for the role of Customer Services Representative, you MUST HAVE at least five GCSE’s at grace C or above (or equivalent), previous call centre / customer services experience and whilst knowledge of Unit Trusts, PEP’s and ISA’s is advantageous this is not essential as full training can be provided to applicants with a solid contact centre background.
