Deceased & Legal Administrator
Basildon, Essex
£16,000 approx
This is a great opportunity for someone who is customer focussed to join a leading financial services company in Basildon. This is a permanent full time position with a starting salary of £16,000 and other good benefits including free car parking. To be considered for this role you do need legal and deceased experience.
You will be responsible for requesting documents required to make relevant updates. You will be required to liaise with both customers and IFA’s or third parties regularly so it is essential that you have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
This position requires someone with previous customer service experience, good MS Office skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Specific duties for this position include:
• Providing an effective and efficient service to customers at all times
• Working as part of a team to ensure that team goals are met
• Developing an understanding of all client profiles / products to ensure that you are able to provide an excellent customer service at all times
Ideally you will have previous banking / finance experience although this is not essential. You will however need strong customer service skills and should be reliable and hardworking.
