| Our Client is a well respected and successful financial services organisation with a strong presence within Essex. Due to their continuing growth, they are currently looking for an experienced administrator to join their team from the hours of 11am-7pm (Monday – Friday). The ideal candidate would be someone with a strong customer focus and exceptional administration and communication skills. This is a varied administration role so the successful candidate will have previous experience in this, preferably within the financial services. As a Letter Writing Administrator you will be responsible for resolving / investigating and responding to all customer queries which are sent in via email, fax and letter. You will be constructing formal letters that comply with company and FSA guidelines. As a result you will need to be articulate and computer literate. Previous letter writing experience is preferred. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to now kick start their career within investment banking.
