DISTRIBUTION ADMINISTRATOR
CHELMSFORD, ESSEX
£16,000 - £18,000
My client is a large financial services company based in Chelmsford, Essex. They are currently looking for a Distributions Administrator to join them on a permanent full time basis. This position requires someone with good PC skills including MS Word and Excel and ideally some knowledge of the financial services industry.
As Distribution Administrator you will be responsible for processing distributions and related processes within regulatory guidelines. You will be required to liaise as appropriate with other internal departments to ensure the timely resolution of issues and the sharing of best practice, knowledge and ideas.
Key skills required include:
• Accurate keyboard skills
• Accuracy and attention
• Experience in Financial Services Investment Industry (preferred)
The successful candidate will ideally, but not essentially, have knowledge of PEP’s, ISA’s, Unit Trust’s, OEIC’s or Investment Trust Administration and a broad understanding of FSA regulatory environment.
