We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Manager four our Blue Chip Client based in the Chelmsford Area.
Duties will include to manage the customer services operations to ensure client satisfaction, timeous release of retention monies and repeat business. To ensure Operational teams progress defects and remedial works activities safely, efficantly and to the prescribed quality in accordance with the programme, budget and other predetermined parameters by managing and supervising their functions.
The ideal candidate will have NVQ3 or City and Guilds or equivalent in either Carpentry or other relevant trade, preferably experience in snagging and managing subcontractors and direct labour.
This position would be a suitable sideways move for an experienced Site Manager. Candidates must have experience working in affordable social housing, healthcare and commercial sectors, both new build and refub exp is required for this position.
