We are looking for a Sales Team Leader to lead, develop and motivate a team of sales agents to achieve against sales targets in a compliant manner.The key responsibilities of the role are as follows:
Lead and motivate a team of up to 14 agents to ensure all call handling and sales objectives are achieved. Coach each team member and provide structured feedback in order to drive a ‘continuous improvement’ culture within the team. Monitor and assess competence of each team member in accordance with FSA Training & Competence requirements.
Conduct regular 1:1 with each team member to set & review performance objectives and formulate individual training & development plans. Proactively identify opportunities to improve sales performance and follow these through. Proactively manage staff absence and turnover assisting with the recruitment and induction of new staff. Proactively lead the contact centre in the absence of the Contact Centre Manager/Senior Contact Centre Manager.
