A new and exciting opportunity has arisen with our forward thinking Chelmsford based client.
The role will be to create schedules of various equipment, plant and finishes by means of reviewing Specifications, Drawings, Technical Submittals, Orders and plant details provided by client.
Key responsibilities will be:
Planning and organising of specific projects to ensure timely creation of schedules in accordance with agreed handover dates.
Monitoring and reporting to project managers, project status and potential issues which may result in time scales not
Checking and approval of information provided by the client
Using in house softward to create equipment and finishes schedules from information provided by client
Request information from specialist sub contractors to assist in the creation of technical documentation
Review and approve equipment schedules and linked literature providing feedback to admin staff
Maintain the project status database to ensure the information is relevant, correct and up to date
Maintain your ability in the use of all relevant ICT and other systems within the technical scheduler function
Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills
