A new and exicting opportunity has a risen with our expanding Witham based client for a Sustainablity Executive
We are seeking an a forward thinking candidate to fulfil the post.
What is sustainablity?? The ablity to endure a balanced approuch to ecomomic activity, enviromental responsublity and social progress
The role:
On a day to day basis you will assist with maintaning the companies management system, this will invole checking that the companies policies and procedures are fully complient with the current legislations.
Conducting internal and external audits, you will attend a 3 day audit course to assist you with this.
You will also assist with forthcoming projects that include:
Looking at the companies Carbon footprint (inc, transport,equipment, travel to work)
The ideal candidate will have or be:
An understanding of current enviromental law and regulations would be advantageous
Ideally would be trained or educated to have good knowledge of enviromental managment and sustainable development
An understanding of Energy and carbon foot print
You will be :
A people person
pocess strong listening , vebal and communitive skills
Adaptable and flexiable attitude towards to work
Passionate, enthsiastic and driven
A forward thinker
Strong writing skills and PC literate
