To work as a member of a Fast Track Motor Claims Team ensuring payment of valid claims at a reasonable cost as quickly as possible, in accordance with the Clients own service standards, FSA regulations and legal requirements.

Responsible for providing the most effective and efficient claims service in terms of speed, customer care, quality control and cost. To work as part of the Fast Track Claims team ensuring service is delivered on time and to the highest standards, aiming to meet and exceed the expectations of both internal and external customers in all aspects of claims handling. To build and maintain client and broker relationships.
The Operating Environment and Context of the Job
A challenging technical role within the Fast Track claims department working under pressure to provide an effective and efficient claims service, maintaining the highest levels of customer care whilst ensuring the Clients own strict service standards, FSA regulations and legal principles are adhered to. The emphasis on this role is to provide technical expertise on all fleet motor claims including Accidental Damage, Third Party, Total Loss, Fire, Theft, Credit Hire and Recoveries. Key challenges surrounding the role will be to build and maintain the client / broker relationships whilst successfully negotiating the claim and reaching settlement within a timely manner.
Key Competencies:
Sound of experience gained in a Syndicate or Insurance Company
