This busy 120 cover restaurant based in the beautiful Essex countryside between Wickford & Billericay is currently looking to recruit a Senior CDP or Sous Chef to join their brigade.
The kitchen team creates some of the area’s best cuisine, using organic local produce to form it's changing seasonal menus. All the food served is HOMEMADE, and prepared from scratch to award winning levels.
The position has been created due to the new opening of the restaurants Al Fresco dining area adding another 40 covers.
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Must have OWN TRANSPORT due to location
- Experience in a similar role working with fresh food
- Passion for fresh British & Continental cuisine
- Good sense of humour & positive attitude to work
- Ability & confidence to begin work without training
