! ! ! DEPUTY RESTAURANT MANAGER REQUIRED ! ! !
My client is seeking experienced restaurant managers to work within these American themed restaurants located in and around Essex.
As deputy manager you will be responsible for the day to day running of this high volume, establishment. Overseeing service & ensuring the high standards expected. Accountable only to the general manager.
Duties will include:
- Completing daily financial paperwork - budgeting & costing
- Assisting with marketing
- Stock control
- Staff management - recruitment & training
- Risk Assessment / Health & Safety
Applicants will be required to under take the company in house training programme, which last up to 12 weeks.
This course will provide; guidance on company protocols, procedures & brand standards, along with formal qualifications (BIIAB, H&S).
