Chef De Partie ( CDP ) required for Luxury Hotel restaurant in beautiful Essex countryside just outside Chelmsford town. This fine dining restaurant is busy with hotel guests and visitors alike.
The kitchen team regularly provide a la carte food for the fine dining restaurant whilst catering for functions, weddings and parties that are taking place on hotel grounds. The successful Chef will be employed as a Chef De Partie within the kitchen team of 7.
Supervision of either a Commis or Demi Chef De Partie on all sections excluding Pastry. Obviously all food is made from scratch using fresh ingredients, locally sourced where possible. There are amazing opportunities to progress here within this Hotel Restaurant, potentially moving up to the role of Senior Chef De Partie or even Junior / Senior Sous Chef.
