My client is a large, newly established & reputable golf club, and Country Club based between Witham and Braintree, Essex. Additionally this group has another large well established site in South Essex, this other longer established Kitchen is famous for serving excellent food at some very high profile functions. The Braintree / Witham kitchens hope to achieve the same standards very soon. All food served in the establishment is prepared from the freshest raw ingredients & served to the very highest standards. The Kitchen team is made up of a close knit brigade of Chefs. Everyone from the Commis Chef to the Head Chef takes an active part in Cooking.
This busy venue is currently looking to recruit a Chef de Partie to join the brigade of 5 chefs, covering all sections.
