Our client, a local training provider, are seeing Assessors in the sectors of retail, customer services, business administration and hospitality. This hugely rewarding role allows you to fully utilise your experience and expert knowledge of your industry thus providing professional assessment and support to learners in their workplace. Helping them to reach their full potential and boost their career. The training assessors deliver work based learning to their caseload of learners motivating them to achieve their NVQ, Technical Certificate and Key Skills qualification.
You must have recent experience in your profession, A Unit or D32/D33 qualification is essential
Management and/or supervisory experience is also desirable
You must have a passion for high standards, combined with excellent communication skills and good time management, as effective planning of your workload is an essential part of your learners' success.
Must have your own car and hold a current driving licence. You will be travelling in the Essex area (mainly Southend, basildon, canvey, thurrock)
Commencing salary between £18,000 and £22,000 per annum dependant upon skills experience and qualifications
