We are seeking a recruitment consultant on behalf of our well established, rapidly growing client based in Billericay. They are specialist providers of IT staff to most of Europe and aim to become one of the leading providers in the near future. Their success so far has been sustained with the persistence to succeed in their chosen market along with the determination to become the very best in what they do.
Their team of self motivated recruiters have all been a huge contribution to this growing success and now they are looking to add to this team. This is a demanding role for a special individual whom not only wants to secure a lifelong, lucrative career path but for one that has the drive and hunger to not be the best, but to be the 'very' best in this chosen field.
You will have at least 3 years IT recruitment experience and be able to demonstrate successful previous billings.
Responsibilities:
•Generating new business leads (Cold Calling) and develop existing client relationships.
•Developing and maintaining a high level of recruitment activity
•Act as a role model for senior and sales consultants.
•Identifying, qualifying and closing suitable candidates.
•Taking detailed job specifications.
•Translating and posting job requirements into adverts that will attract relevant candidates.
•Developing new business relationships to enhance the companies reputation across the European IT sector.
•Using sales skills to negotiate fees, salaries and close candidates/clients in all areas of the recruitment process.
•Extensive planning and time management.
In return you will receive a basic salary of £30k plus uncapped comm of between 10 and 35% with no threshold along with 20 days holiday, increasing year on, pension and healthcare after one year, free gym membership, blackberry, regular incentives including trips abroad etc.
