We are seeking an experienced recruitment management consultant on behalf of our well established, rapidly growing client based in Billericay, who can lead and manage a team of 9 consultants. Our client is a specialist provider of IT staff to most of Europe and aim to become one of the leading providers in the near future. Their success so far has been sustained with the persistence to succeed in their chosen market along with the determination to become the very best in what they do.
Their team of self motivated recruiters have all been a huge contribution to this growing success and now they are looking to add to this team due to contuniued growth. This is a demanding role for a special individual whom not only wants to secure a lifelong, lucrative career path but for one that has the drive and hunger to not be the best, but to be the 'very' best in this chosen field.
You will need a minimum of 5 years managerial recruitment experience (ideally gained in IT recruitment but not essential) and must be able to demonstrate previous success within the industry.
Responsibilities:
•Generating revenue streams whilst managing teams of up to 9 people
•Representing the company at customer meetings, seminars and business focused meetings
•Providing training and implement the recruitment process
•Hire new staff
•Responsible for setting individual and team targets.
•Deputising for Directors in their absence
Salary offered is £40k basic plus commission which is a percentage of your teams billings. 20 days holiday, increasing after a years service, pension and health care after qualifying period, fully paid mobile phone, incentives scheme including trips abroad etc.
