We are seeking an experienced consultant on behalf of our well established, rapidly growing client based in Billericay who can lead and manage a small team of consultants. Our client is a specialist provider of IT staff to most of Europe and aim to become one of the leading providers in the near future. Their success so far has been sustained with the persistence to succeed in their chosen market along with the determination to become the very best in what they do.
Their team of self motivated recruiters have all been a huge contribution to this growing success and now they are looking to add to this team due to contuniued growth. This is a demanding role for a special individual whom not only wants to secure a lifelong, lucrative career path but for one that has the drive and hunger to not be the best, but to be the 'very' best in this chosen field.
You will need a minimum of 2 years experience (ideally gained in IT recruitment but not essential) and must be able to demonstrate previous success within the industry.
You will perform a working consultants role as well as having additional management responsibilities:
•To successfully hire and train 2 new consultants.
•Develop new business relationships to enhance the companies reputation across the European IT sector.
•Using sales skills to negotiate fees, salaries and close candidates/clients in all areas of the recruitment process.
•Extensive planning and time management.
Full management training will be given. Salary £30k plus healthy commission structure without threshold, 10-30% plus benefits.
