| We are seeking an experienced consultant on behalf of our well established, rapidly growing client based in Billericay. They are specialist providers of IT staff to most of Europe and aim to become one of the leading providers in the near future. Their success so far has been sustained with the persistence to succeed in their chosen market along with the determination to become the very best in what they do. Their team of self motivated recruiters have all been a huge contribution to this growing success and now they are looking to add to this team. This is a demanding role for a special individual whom not only wants to secure a lifelong, lucrative career path but for one that has the drive and hunger to not be the best, but to be the 'very' best in this chosen field. You will be designated a specific Country in which to obtain your client base, dealing with permanent and contract IT staff. Responsibilites will include: •Generating new business leads (Cold Calling) and developing existing client relationships. •Identifying, qualifying and closing suitable candidates. •Taking detailed job specifications. •Translating and posting job requirements into adverts that will attract relevant candidates. •Using sales skills to negotiate fees, salaries and close candidates/clients in all areas of the recruitment process. •Extensive planning and time management. You will need a minimum of 2 years previous recruitment sales experience, have at least 2 A levels and will need to demonstrate previous success.
