Job Description
My client, part of a global multi billion turnover Construction company based in Hertfordshire, is looking for a Payroll Change Consultant to join the company during this period of major transformation. The project is scheduled to be completed in Dec 2011 with initial contracts offered for a term of 6 months.
The project will be focused on replacing the existing finance systems with one core platform with a view to streamlining and automating processes. As a Payroll Change Consultant you will be responsible for managing the Payroll workstream process in its entirety.
Your main responsibilities will include the development of a process blueprint for of the payroll area, the development of core data structures, the management of data cleanse, mapping and transferring of data, coordinating the running of testing for core functionality, management and resolution of issues.
The successful candidate will have extensive Payroll experience within either a change, post-merger integration, activity redesign or organisational restructuring environment.
