Job Description
Korus are working on behalf of a well know Consulting Business based in London. Due to the large amount of work they are doing on Solvency II Programme\'s they have a requirement for a number Principals/Consultants to join the team.
They are looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals withprevious insurance consulting experience or change experience at a major insurancefirm. This includes people with the experience to help with the challengesrelating to delivery of regulatory change, overhauling risk managementprocesses and systems and improving the management and use of businessdata. Key requirements are outlinedbelow:
Deliveryexperience:
Shaping and deliveringlarge scale change programmes
Target operatingmodel design and implementation
Definition andimplementation of risk management frameworks
Definition andimplementation of insurance data models
Businessrequirements definition and vendor selection
Exceptional interpersonaland influencing skills
Subjectmatter expertise:
- Insurance industry
- Understanding of Solvency II or capital requirements
- Regulatory change and compliance
- Financial reporting
