Job Description
This family orientated restaurant located in Essex is looking for a Senior Chef de Partie or Junior Sous to join the brigade. Offering efficient service and fantastic food the menu is simple stylish and fantastic value.
Your Responsibilities will be to ensure the smooth day to day running of the kitchen and taking charge in the Senior Sous Chefs absence. Menu planning and costing, wage control and staff training are just some of the responsibilities of this demanding role.
In line with the requirements of the Asylum & Immigration Act 1996, all applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. Documented evidence of the eligibility will be required from candidates as part of the recruitment process.
