Accommodation AvailableEden Medical Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced physiotherapist for a new position within a private, acute hospital based in Central London.Potential applicants should have a BSc in Physiotherapy with at least 3 years professional experience working as a physioHours of Work: 37.5 hours per week09.00am -5.00pm plus on-call and weekend rotawith flexibility during busy periodsKey Duties and Responsibilitiesa.To be professional, legally responsible and accountable for all aspects of your own work including the management of patients in your care.b.To ensure a high standard of clinical care to inpatient, outpatient and hydrotherapy patients under your management.c.To undertake comprehensive assessments of patients and to formulate effective, clinically reasoned treatment plans.d.To be accountable to the Lead Physiotherapist and communicate regularly through informal teaching/ supervision sessionse.To accept clinical responsibility for a designated caseload of patients and to organize this effectively and efficiently with regard to clinical priorities and service requirement, with the support of the Lead Physiotherapist.f.To communicate effectively with patients and carers, in order to maximise rehabilitation potential and provide safe and efficient discharge plans.g.To liaise with the Lead Physiotherapist and other members of the multidisciplinary team regarding a patient\'s treatment programme and expected outcomes.h.To liaise with community services as appropriate to ensure effective discharge plans for inpatients.i.To participate in the on-call and weekend rota system.If interested in this exciting position then please email a copy of your current c.v. to Oliver
