Job Description
A leading investment bank is seeking a lead Operating Model consultant to work closely with the Programme Manager on a large scale liquidity change programme. Candidates will be expected to have an extensive background in designing and implementing Operating Models within investment banking. The successful applicant will also undertake a large amount of liaison work with senior managers and stakeholders across the business, including Finance, Operations and Risk.
In addition to strong Operating Model and Stakeholder experience, candidates should have a background as a business analyst/business architect within front to Back Office initiatives, with a proven background in applying business analysis methodologies. Candidates that are CA qualified or equivalent with a product control background are also highly desirable.
