Job Description
Technical Administration Engineer - telecoms Fixed term contract of 4 months, possibility of going permanent A Technical administration Engineer is sought by this Telecoms company. The role will involve the technical validation of customer orders that have been submitted to service delivery making sure that quality controls are followed; Establishing & maintaining good working relationships with internal customers (Sales, Provisioning, Project and order management etc); Performing detailed service planning and administer into inventory systems; Competent with Admin functions, such as System updates, spreadsheets and reporting. You must preferably have experience of Cisco and core networks, and an understanding of network inventory systems, though graduates with a min of 2:1 degree that are interested in working in this industry will be considered. We are looking for someone that is diligent, with good communication skills, a team player but also able to work on own steam. You must have the ability to take and deliver constructive feedback. You also must be self-motivated and a lateral thinker. Enjoyment of problem solving and working to deadlines.
