Job Description
Our client, a market leader in their chosen areas of business, but not a mass producer of insurance policies but focus on key areas of expertise and strength specialising in protecting people with often complicated insurance needs, are looking for an experienced Business Improvement Analyst.
This role is part of the Business Improvement team who work closely with the various business areas and the IT department to deliver IT and process change.
The main focus of this role will be to take ownership of projects and ensure successful delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to ensure ideas are challenged, change requests are valid and appropriate and delivery is by the most effective and efficient means
Key Responsibilities
¢ Working with the business to understand and analyse their requirements
¢ Coordinating with the IT department to deliver effective business solutions
¢ Providing input to major change projects as appropriate
¢ Create business case and feasibility studies where required
¢ Have a thorough understanding of Business processes and be able to identify areas for process improvement
¢ Be involved in the planning and management of the timely delivery of projects
Person Specification
¢ Strong communication, relationship management and influencing skills
¢ Experience of project and change management
¢ Personal drive, energy and commitment
¢ Desire for continuous improvement and personal growth
