Deputy Manager

We are working with a lovely Nursery in Romford that requires an enthusiastic, energetic Deputy Manager to work alongside the Manager to support and assist them with the running of the Nursery.

The successful applicant will understand how to manage staff and develop excellent relationships with parents as well as having a very good understanding of the EYFS curriculum.

You will have the opportunity to be involved with all aspects of the running of a Nursery, from anaging a bugdet to recruiting new staff, to working closely with all parents.

Your responsibilities as a Deputy Manager will include:

To maintain and promote high standards of care To effectively lead and motivate the staff team including recruitment and retention To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times To work in partnership with the parents

You will need the following training and experience:

An NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3, or equivalent qualification Knowledge of the EYFS Knowledge of OFSTED standards Excellent communication skills Strong people management skills All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
