Job Description
Pre-school Manager
We are recruiting for a Manager to run a Pre-school in Epping.
The Pre-school is open during term times only and will involve working a 32.5 hour wweek, with occasional weekend work.
You will be responsible for the overall running of the Pre-school, from overseeing the planning and education to managing staff retention and recruitment to managing the budget.
This is a challenging and varied role ideal for an experienced Nursery manager or Deputy looking for term time only work.
Your responsibilities will include:
To maintain and promote high standards of care
To ensure the nursery is financially successful
To effectively lead and motivate the staff team including recruitment and retention
To ensure all policies are implemented and adhered to at all times
To work in partnership with the parents
You will need the following training and experience
An NNEB, CACHE level 3, NVQ level 3, or equivalent qualification
Knowledge of the EYFS
Knowledge of OFSTED standards
Excellent communication skills
People management skills
Financial management knowledge
All applicants will be required to complete an enhanced CRB Disclosure.
