We are currently looking to recruit a Finance Manager to lead the transactional team and provide commentary. Data integrity is the key and you will need to ensure every transaction is performed with speed and accuracy. Other responsibilities will include:
-Manage a team of clerks monitoring performance and motivation
-General ledger control, cash management credit control
-Prepare trial balance carrying out necessary balance sheet reconciliations
You will need to be AAT qualified and have experience of supervising an accounts team at a clerical level. Your ability to communicate is essential and you must have experience of preparing accounts to trial balance. You will benefit from a new building and join the organisation at an exciting time of change.
