Head Chef /Best Practice Chef Fresh Food Branded Restaurant

Location: Midlands

£23 - £25k plus bonus

My Client is a well known High Street Italian Restaurant offering an exciting opportunity to maintain the company's high standards.

You will be responsible for the running of your own kitchen and ensuring that the brand standards are maintained in your area.

The company is renowned for their excellent training offered and their family feel within their management teams, at all levels.

The right candidate should have an upmarket Branded fresh food background and perhaps experience with volume. Experience with Italian food or a passion for it will be required.

It is a fast paced environment so experience and the ability to think on your feet are important along with a can do attitude and the ability to manage people in a challenging environment.
